Members MakuseruSukotto
Devi Ever's fuzzes all pretty cheap. But they aren't traditional by any means. If you're looking for a fuzz face or something, her pedals aren't the way to go. But for thick, suttery, insane fuzz. Check it out. http://www.deviever.com/
Members Gunner Recall
I'd vouch for just about any ilovefuzz builder... They're all doing something unique with their fuzz, and most can be had for fairly reasonable prices.

Members onyxrhino
people seem to love the monsterpieces on here. I've never tried one myself. The best value fuzz I've played is the Zoom Ultra Fuzz. It's just an awesome pedal. It's not boutique, so I haven't really answered your question, but it's pretty similar to the Fuzz Factory (and I prefer it to the FF, personally).
