Also, when I get in a rut, guitarwise, I learn some Zappa, especially the difficult stuff, even if I can quite make it, I still feel an improvement in my skillz. Good workout! Good workout! its the 'rollo interior' xylophone section from st.alphonzo's pancake breakfast. yeah i've been in a rut and a creative slump for the last month so i've been learning alot of zappa and playing over alot of drum and bass records to try and discover some new things. im a slow noodler so its gonna be a chore but anything to spread the legs...
