Members acousticDave Posted September 4, 2009 Members Share Posted September 4, 2009 Demo'd an OCD at the local guitar center this afternoon (strat through fender deville 2x12) and was pretty impressed with it's transparency & gain. haven't played the timmy yet because everyone is currently having a group orgy with it. if anyone has played both, how do they compare? The OCD is much higher gain than the Timmy and it alters your guitar's frequency response more. The truth is they want to play together, and when you use them both, boosting the OCD with the Timmy, it is heavenly. There's quite a difference between v1 and v4 (and perhaps there are newer variations since I've played them all). OCD has been a personal favorite of mine for a while.
