Members barney steele
Does anybody have one of these? I'm looking for a barebones delay for ambient type stuff to thicken up my sound. It has an external level control which is a must and also it oscillates.
Members IRG
I don't think many here have tried it, his wahs get the most talk. But try it, it might be just the thing. He's a good builder for sure. The Cmatmods Deelay might be another contender for you.

I need one because I'm usually using fuzz/distortion. I have been looking at the wampler analog echo as well. It has a tone knob which is also another good feature for me. Members barney steele
Read up more about it on the wilson effects site. the volume control seems to act more like a wet/dry control. I need something with an actual volume control.
Members El Gallo Negro
Ibanez DE7.
Members Taylor.
Ibanez DE7. I was going to say the same. For straight-up digital delay without tap tempo, DE7 is pretty much king. Although I had a Boss DD-3 and liked it a lot and it did what I needed it to do really well, the DE7 is cheaper and just sounds better.
Members barney steele
I think I'm going to stick with my original plans and go with the wampler. Seems to have everything I want in a delay. Wish I could find one used.
