Members outforblood
I have this powered pedal board that is powered by one 9v ac adaptor with a rating of 500ma...but I believe that the pedals currently on there exceeds the 500ma....whatever. Do I need to get an adaptor with a higher ma rating? Or will my pedals be ok?
Members mikeoxlong
i dont think u can really do too much damage underpowering your pedals... .having said that, get a pedal power, you can get a good deal used, u won't regret it. Members NomadDudeMan
just get a one spot. awsome power supply. cheaper too. underpowering your pedals may make a bigger humming sound and it will make your effects sound different. The pedals sound fine with my current adapter...no excess noise or tone change. I'll check out the one spot.
Members RadioSilence
if your pedals current draw exceeds what your power supply can provide its going to burn and probably take your pedals with it too - get a 1-spot of powerall, they supply 1700mA, more than enough. Members outforblood
Bump...anyone know what the ma is in a MXR M-109 6 band eq pedal? Also can't find the ma for a Digiverb...HELP!
Members andreas
I don't know specifics, but the M-109 is below 20mA in any case. The Digiverb is about 150mA.
