Sampling a physical modeled sound?

I'm wondering if I could get in any trouble with the company if I make a sample of a piano made in Pianoteq? I'm not entirely sure about this, because I did sort-of make the piano sound but, I would like to be sure.

For personal use? naw.

But if you made a mutli-sample library of individual notes and then SOLD that, then, yeah, I'll bet there's something in the EULA about that.

This is not a legal opinion :)

I assume that if you buy the software then you can use it to produce music which you may then sell. If you produce/record sound samples which you then put into your music I would think that is fine, too. I would guess that it is against your software license to produce sound samples which you then sell as sound samples and not music.

Much as I love Pianoteq, its strength is not in the richness of its sounds but in its responsiveness and flexibility--wouldn't sampling it defeat the purpose? I suppose if you've made a really neat patch, but even then; why not just use Pianoteq?
