Members companyman Posted March 3, 2011 Members Share Posted March 3, 2011 So I hurt my back at work in late December, been doing physical therapy to strengthen my back to what it was. I discovered that playing guitar while sitting on a pilates ball is both comfortable, and good to keep the abs and back tight and properly aligned.
