Members rossta1
These look pretty sweet to me but I'm afraid I'm not adequately informed on the line and its history (ie. Korean v. Japanese v. Chinese, different model offerings, etc.). I do know this dead guy from Liverpool played one once. But he's dead, right? Seriously though, anyone care to tell me why I should buy or not?Cheers,Ross
Members AndrewBenw
They seem to be a fairly good deal. They're $200 more than the normal new version, have the vintage correct neck joint joining at the 16th fret (instead of the 17th fret on the current standard Casinos, don't ask me why Epiphone does that), upgraded Gibson USA pickups and a hardshell case. Not to mention a cool little headstock badge. Since buying the pickups separately would cost more than the $200 difference it seems like a good deal. If you like it, I say go for it.
