Members The Villano Dude
How does it compare to the EB volume pedal?Does the pedal stay in one spot or does it "spring back" to the original position?
Members eti
Stays in place, has a minimum volume knob, optical, active, transparent. I tried it and an EB Jr and picked the Morley. The minimum volume option made it feel better to me.
Members The Villano Dude
When I tried one, I thought the jacks didn't go all the way in on the pedal, is that normal? Sorry for the dumb questions. So, eti, the Morley does not spring back, right?

Members The Villano Dude
This is as far as it will go in. Doesn't that look odd?
Members mmolteratx
^Mine went all the way in. Either your plugs are too long or it's borked. It's a great volume pedal. Personally, I replaced it with a Morley Mini Volume since it is {censored}ing huge but that doesn't make it any less awesome. Only thing is the piece of metal between the LED and LDR inside needs to be adjusted a bit for the best, most even sweep.
Members The Villano Dude
My guess is that it's borked. Wtf. I tried different plugs -- pancakes, regular, and neither go all the way in on either side. I don't know what the issue would be either, maybe something is stuck inside? I picked it up used to not sure what kind of business went into it. The lights and everything come on so I don't understand what the problem is. Members mmolteratx
Home Depot won't have them. Small Bear should sell replacements but you might have to buy a whole new jack assembly and just take the nut/sapcer off of there.

Super nice customer service. I am now waiting for the jack and washer combo.
Members MesaMonster
I got the Morley Mini VolumeWah. I wanted something that would fit on a Pedal Mini. I was not thrilled with it at first but after playing it in a gig, the other guys like the way it sounded so I kept it.

Members The Villano Dude
In case anyone is interested, the customer service at Morley did a stellar job at sending the replacement parts for my volume pedal even though I bought it used. It now works like normal. Thanks for pointing out what I was missing btw.

Members Frankenstrat86
Still on the volume pedal hunt huh? Fear not for I'm still on the journey with you. I don't like the DOD :/ was thinking of trying the Morley mini volume. The sweep is adjustable on it through the optical lights. Might try the boss fv50h if I can get it used for like $45-50 bucks. Members The Villano Dude
After the fix (which might have been mostly cosmetic, although I was afraid of something messing up without the washers), I really can dig the Morley. I think it shall stick around for a while.
