I really appreciate the fact that they actually know their stuff too. My rep is familiar with my studio and knows how *random piece of gear* will be best incorporated. Plus I can always call him to get the scoop on new gear. Way better than calling Musiciansfriend and getting some noob who doesn't understand a thing about what he's trying to sell you. I don't think I've bought anything from them for like 2 years, but I still get calls now and then and the infamous "this is your last catalog" keeps coming. I admit, sitting on the pot and looking through it is one of my joys in life.
