Members bikehorn
go check it out! http://www.apple.com the new iMacs look brilliant. built in iSight, finally switched from PCI-X to the PCI Express, a beefier graphics processor and a remote! plus they include the Mighty Mouse with it. also, iPods now support video, come in 30 and 60 GB sizes and are slimmer. no more U2 iPod, and no more eMac either. Members t-rave
those imacs looks cool but why does apple insist on giving so little ram? I understand they want you to buy more overpriced ram from there store but this computer shows up practically underpowered right out of the box.... Not necessarily. It really depends on how you configure the software (skipping animations, ridiculous GUI effects, etc...) A gig's nice, but certainly not necessary IMO.
