This guy was selling an amp for $150/offer + shipping which I thought was a fair price so I e-mailed him saying I would buy it, providing we split the shipping, he replied okay, it would cost about $40 to ship or $170 total for my half of the shipping $20 +$150. Then I called him on the phone to clinch the deal and he said make the check out for $195, he raised the price to $175 and wanted $20 to ship it. Said he had other offers, well they can have it.
