On second thought, {censored} that. Everyone should have a wall of Marshalls, Boogies and 25 PRS's back stage.

My gear collection sucks and my playing skill sucks. Problem?

seriously....

I dont know if I am a good player or not.

Just when I think I'm good..........

I listen to bumblefoot. He is a painful reminder to my guitar ego... .that i dont deserve my ego.

He reminds me: I AM NOT A REAL GUITAR PLAYER. I AM .........just another bar chord box pattern bastard.

ask me this question a couple of years from now when I make more money.

I will have the rig of gods............ and my technique will still be at the same plateau it is now.

uhh...i dont think chops have much to do with the equipment you use...ive heard completely horrible players sound horrible through an expensive rig and ive heard good players sound like jesus himself with a fender champion.

as for myself...my rig fits my playing pretty well and its cost me about $3000 all together...but my playing style requires bigness and headroom...to each his own i guess.

Hmmm, let's see....

Three guitars over $1,000

A 100 watt Randall MTS (to get up to bedroom volumes of course)

Avatar 4x12

Rockmaster rack mount and other stuff

2x12

Hell yeah!! I don't need all this stuff......I need one of the First Act guitars that are sold at the local CD store and I should plug into the back of my home stereo:cry:
