Members thepoisonchef
well me and my friend both have 212 devilles and just recently my deville either blew a tube or somthing to do with the electricity, it started smoking (he was playin it) and it started to smell like burned electricity, I immedialty turned it off and took off the back panel and noticed some black burned marks on the green circuit board around one the preamps, my question is, is it normal for tubes to go out this way or arent they just supposed to give out? and another question i have is my friend doesnt want me playing his amp now because he is afraid I'll use up his tube power or somthing but what stresses a tube amp: volume? hours playing it? pedals? etc.
