I love listening to Vernon Reid play. All of those bands kicked the hell out of SNL when they played live there. Skid Row's performance then was one of the best I've ever seen on SNL. I was just looking for that video on YouTube and it's been yanked, but I did find 2 videos of them playing on Yo MTV Raps. I remember that night very clearly. Trey Spruance is certainly a more versatile player, as well as more technically proficient. I feel Jim Martin's playing had a little more personality though. Angel dust was amazing ....
