Members Don Solaris Posted January 24, 2010 Members Share Posted January 24, 2010 I just isolated osc2 on my Voyager and detuned it by the values you mentioned, and I could hear the difference as the value changed. It didn't change abruptly from nothing at +1 or +2 to +4, nor did I notice any stepping. I believe you want to detune that against VCO1. Not to listen to itself. Please note, we are talking relative cents here, not what's written on your screen. i.e. your VCO2 can be calibrated to be -2 cents off VCO1. So something like +4 will sound different compared to the unit that has both VCOs calibrated with 0 cents difference. It's a test you need to do with ears, not by watching numbers.
