Members RebelShredmojo Posted January 2, 2007 Members Share Posted January 2, 2007 I jsut got my Carvin V3 in (ebay purchase) Tubes were packaged seperately, put them in, set the ohms to match the cab Fire it up for a few min, whenever I turn off standby it hums very loudly and one of the power amp tubes starts glowing really bright, then the flips the fuse and the amp shuts off Whats the deal? what should i try Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members RebelShredmojo Posted January 2, 2007 Author Members Share Posted January 2, 2007 hmm, its got E34Ls in it, damn it I'll pull the outter 2 tubes(since its one of thoses tahts glowing and see if it works I need to set the ohm's to 4 right if I do that?
