Members iracemx199
Anybody know of a good all tube head for under $600? I play hard rock and metal, but I dont really care about the overdrive channel because I have a Boss GT-8 effects processor The heads that I've seen so far are the Peavey ValveKing, the Epiphone So Cal, and the Crate V32 but I cant decide which one to get Any suggestions? Members tlbonehead
There are tons of different used tube heads that sound really good and can be purchased for $150-600. Too many to list actually.
Members ¤ Matt ¤
Some of the old Laney amps (like the LC-50) are pretty good, they're basically the same design as a Marshall JMP, come to think of it, most amps are probably based on that. I used to run a GT-6 through a JMP and got a great tone from that. Then I sold it. Really wish I'd kept it.

Members Vinhoff
Peavey Ultra, Classic 30, Ampeg Vl series, really if you are running all effects an ampeg vt or v4 would be great they are loud as hell with a great clean and take effects well plus one would be cheap as hell.
