Members bubbleboyjones
I don't have my amp on me(its at a band rehearsal place) so I would like to get this thing running tonight when I get there. Is running the Hotplate as simple as this diagram? Would I just need to bring a short speaker cable and connect it from the amp to the Hotplate and then run the 1/4" phone plug speaker into the hotplate speaker output? I'm asking this because I can't remember if the Peavey Classic has a 1/4" phone plug that you can unplug the internal speakers with. I was wondering if I need anything else to get this up and running when I get there.

Members streamliner
Yup, just hook up one speaker cable from the amp output to the Hotplate input, then take the cable wired to the speaker and hook it up to the Hotplate's output...that is unless the speaker is hardwired in this amp, then you'll have to do some mods to the amp to use the Hotplate.
