UNPLUGING the REVERB

is it ok to unplug the reverb from the back of the amp...i dont use it and i wanted to see if taking it out of the circuit would make the amp sound a little better. can i just unplug it from the back without damaging anything? its a vox ac30cc2

AFAIK yes. I have done so with two amps, one tube and one solid state, with no issues.

 

 

...ill unplug it when the amp is off...but i wanna test it with it plugged in too...so im gonna go back and forth...can i just unplug it and plug it in when the amp is on or do i have to power the whole thing down?

I haven't done that. I'd recommend against it, although it might be safe.:idk:
