Members simbasa Posted July 20, 2008 Members Share Posted July 20, 2008 So I have serious lust for a used Rivera Rake Reverb 100 watt head and 2-12 cab and the reverb is not working for whatever reason. Guitar Center said they would only take 50 bucks off the price- they want 1450 out the door for the head and cab and they have no intention of repairing it. My question is which current model sounds closest to the Rake and does it have the same features like the Modern/ vintage switch? I really want that Rake but not if the Fandango or Knucklehead can do the same tones and more. Any info or heads up on a good used Rivera is appreciated.
