Members Say Ocean
No post processing. Reverb is coming from a stereo memory man with hazarai up front. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=743493&songID=7036209 Schecter C-1 classic (with months old strings - you can tell ) -> memory man -> two channel triple clean channel -> avatar 4x12 with v30s -> e906 + at3035 ->e-mu 0404 -> computer. Basically I started out with a melody from the Firebird and then started improving some stuff. Kinda sloppy cause i was making it up as I went, :blah: and my guitar is a little outta tune :poke: but I think for a recto these are pretty good cleans. Members chad_sux
I think it's nice (yes, nice). It reminds me of something I'd hear in a "reflective" section of a movie. The tone is nice and smooth. Not too much in the highs...not too much in the lows...just sits in the right space for what it is. How it would sound with other instruments but it sounds good on it's own and that's a great place to be.
Members nodachi
pretty good for a recto. and yes. you need new strings. although I should note that I just replaced the strings on my ibanez RG and i forgot how slippery ernie balls are...
