It's always distinctive and it adds a lot of personality to playing. I'm not enamored with billion note per minute shredfests all the time and I love a nice wide vibrato.Good bends and vibrato are, to me, what defines most guitarist's styles. It's what I listen to at least because that's what I enjoy. But Gaytes' vibrato is just weird. I dont know what it is but it makes me sick. I dont know why either, but I dont agree with it. I mean I find everything else he does to be annoying too, I especially hate those stupid gloves and that hat.
