Members TMarhsall
I just bought an old peavey classic 60 power amp. The tubes are original so I was going to switch them out. However, I see no trim pot to adjust the bias. Anyone know if these are adjustable or do I need tubes that will run in peavey's range. Thanks for any help. Members Untraceable
Biasing is only necessary when you change to a different tube ie GLG to KT88 for example or if you suspect the bias is incorrect from the factory. I wouldn't worry for 3 seconds about your bias.
