Members K-Bizzle
Heres a thought. Eat better, eat less, and get off the couch. Park farther away from stores, use the stairs instead of the escalator/elevator. Burn more than you take in, and magically you'll lose weight. WOW! Members noseminer
This is one reason no one ever loses fat (not weight - since weigh loss is easiestly done by amputation), "eat less and excercise" is incorrect. The real answer is to eat clean foods and only 500ish calories less than you burn per day, but since the foods are clean you are actually not really eating that much less volume. Then to do weighlifting and if you want to do cardio (its not even necessary). Fat loss is really 80% diet - a diet which isn't "eating less", as a half a can of pringles instead of a full can is still {censored}ing bad for you.
