Had to miss them on tour this spring because of my sister's wedding, and thought about ditching the wedding for the show....Saw Cursive last week opening for Alkaline Trio. It is "pop" in the sense that it's somewhat popular among a certain group of people. And it's "indie" in the sense that it's not quite mainstream and probably is on some type of independent record label.
