Members OverDriven
I think EZD sounds great for rock/pop/indie. I did this cover of When You Were Young by The Killers with EZDrummer: http://netmusicians.org/?section=id&value=3717 I consider that pretty poppy. Members Arr0wHead
have you used it/do you own it? I'm listening to the website samples and without any post processing it sounds better than the toontrack drums I've used. The Superior samples don't have any processing done to them. I've gotten many great rock and pop sounds out of the kits in Superior. Your problem doesn't sound like the samples, sounds like you don't want to have to mix and process them. There's an entire art to mixing drums, so I don't blame you for wanting something quick and easy. You might wanna stop blaming the samples, though, since there's plenty of recorded examples out there that negate your opinion.
Members NinjaRaf
Ive been using steven slate for all my stuff, but Ive been using the metal hybrid kit or something. I cant find where the other kits are on my computer so whenever I wanna mess with other sounds, I get frustrated, and go back to my trustee metal kit lol.
