Members tedmich Posted January 27, 2008 Members Share Posted January 27, 2008 nice DIY! there are a variety of knobs which are made to press fit on cap head screws like the ones you are using and make then MUCH easier to turn by hand , check out MSC Direct (http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/N2DRVSH?PMSECT=0000000327) I used the L knob on 10-32 cap screws so they wouldn't interfere with each other, and the thread is nice and fine for precise tuning.
