Members Shask
If tube amps included circuitry that would detect a Kemper signal, that means it would have to have digital circuitry in it. Tube purists would never buy tube amps with digital electronics in it and the amp would be an economic flop, so the whole idea/problem is a total fail. Members HKSblade1
None of this really matters until they find a way to provide the amplification. These wedges and FRFR things kind of suck imo. I've tried numerous types and they don't compare to real amps. Doesn't matter if its my snax, GSP, GNX, POD, Vox Boss or Zoom, they all have not worked live. Modeling will be mainstay in recording, and like so many people using Toontrack or other brand drum replacement tools, their tracks will sound teh same (which in time might fall out of favor for that very reason). As far as live sound, the amp will be favored by far more users than digitalllzz sound of a recording in a PA speaker type players.
