Members guitarbilly74
anti-hover device activated meh. It's not as impressive at loud volumes at it was at the store volume. Get thin and brittle as I turn it up. My Bandit rapes it. It's going back. No pics by the shed with this one. It's just not shed worthy. Oh well. I tried. Members primeholy
The magic happens in the software I should prolly stick to what I have then and not get one, unless its just for my daughter.
Members apophis
I have a peavey special 212 redstripe that was cut into a head (had a bandit before it) that rapes all solid state competition and also some tube amps...so yeah, no need to replace that peavey
Members scratchie
I've never bothered turning mine up that loud...It's solid state. If I ever have to play loud again I'll go with a supersonic.

That celestion is 97 db...needs more juice from the amp vs a V30 in very loud volumes and the amp is open back, makes it like a 50 watt solid state. I'd ask you if you tried it through your 4x12 but I can't remember if it has an extension out jack.

The III & IV don't.You would have to go with the Mustang V head
Members tech21man
I'd love to try the mustang V with a 2x12 with V30s or something punchy. I'd imagine it to be a cool portable all in one. People had to see to vetta's for that stuff some years before.
Members guitarbilly74
the speaker is fine, I used the same speakers on my Laney cab. The amp power section is just not robust enough. My Bandit is also 100w SS with a Sheffield speaker and smokes the Mustang easily.
