He's has been the best customer service I've dealt with and he's sent me many stupid little crap to help get my Laney amps in the past in running condition. I did call Laney and they are sending me one for free I didn't speak with Roger though, I spoke with a guy named Gene. Really nice guy, btw. Seems like everyone there knows good customer service.
