Members Belva
Finally finished hardtail conversion. All of the ideas came from this forum: paint, formica p/g, wiring, how to cut my nut (ouch!), you name it. It plays better than it looks. Thanks to all who come here & share knowledge! Members katillac
No, but I've had my fingers in a few of them. Great work, man! How does it sound?
Members WRGKMC
Great Job Custom Tele. The only thing I might have done is try and find some kind of 3D type blue pearldoid pickguard or some of that stuff that looks like a CD that reflects multiple colors. That might be overdoing it though. Finding cheap pickguard material other than black or white is difficult too. You can find all the precut types you want but when you have to cut your own pup holes you're limited. It does look great with white though. Members Belva
Thanks. Sounds great with the Dream 180's in it. Wired them each series/off/parallel. I can get all the sounds I need. And I have a collection of formica from the Habitat thrift store. WRG you're correct. Anything but plain white is overkill.
