Members WRGKMC Posted June 24, 2009 Members Share Posted June 24, 2009 The routing is Fender specs but the bodies arent rounded or taperd like fenders. Still a chunk of wood is a chunk of wood. It would cost alot more in time and materials to buy the wood, route it finish it etc so I say go for it. I believe a company called Titan in China makes them. I remember American Music Supply used to sell guitars really cheap as well as the necks and bodies. Cant Vouch for the quality but for $60 you are better off than using EBay where its pot luck on returns if theres a problem. GFS does have good returns and all. I haven't put it to use yet, but at a glance it seems like a quality job, especially for the ridiculously low price. Members Belva Posted June 25, 2009 Members Share Posted June 25, 2009 They've been selling necks for awhile and those are a bit oversize @ the heel. Do the bodies have an oversize neck pocket?
