Synths are the way to go. I'm thinking of quitting guitar too, not because there are any other instruments that I'm drawn to. Rather, it's because I'm getting old. I have a lot of compositions to finish & record. But I have no time. My work and my procrastination keep me occupied 90% of the time. (I work 3 jobs and I procrastinate or sleep the rest of the time.) Not much time for music anymore. But I have a really beautiful Bossa nearly finished.
