Members Oldskool Texas
I like Pro-Pik - the one with the metal wrap and a delrin pick riveted to it. The delrin can be easily shaped with a nail file.

Members Cripes
I use the yellow for light gauge strings and orange for medium strings. These are Delrin and much, much easier on the thumb than their polycarb brethren. http://www.fredkellypicks.com/component/option,com_virtuemart/page,shop.browse/category_id,13/Itemid,84/ I think TAH uses the orange weight (Delrin slick medium) in the following. I use these for instrumentals requiring a heavy base line. http://www.fredkellypicks.com/component/page,shop.browse/category_id,11/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,84/

Members outdoorgb
I use the National tortoise shell in medium. Just the right length...the white Dulops are too long for me. But also file the lengths a little and polish them off with 600 grit. I do this to a few flat picks too. Custom...

Never have tried the polycarb, so can't comment on those.

Members Krash
Yup...the orange Delrin Slickpick medium weight is my favorite and everything else just feels unweildy these days. Never have tried the polycarb, so can't comment on those. +1 for the Delrin mediums. The polycarbs are harder, and give a brighter, louder, sometimes harsher sound. I use them on my Yammie, which doesn't have the brightness and volume of my Harmony.
