Members johnkline
I just happened to notice on one of my 000 guitars when my arm rested on the upper bout I heard a small squeak. So I felt all around lightly squeezing around the body with the front and back. The upper left bout squeeks a little when pressing together. So, what's going on here, glue problems? First time I've ever come across this scenario...
Members Opa John
Sounds like a brace came unglued, or split...maybe both. Something's moving, that's for sure. Might be able to isolate the problem with a flashlight and mirror. Shouldn't be a difficult/expensive repair job.
Members boxorox
Nothing in there should be squeaking. Like Opa says, get the strings off and look around in there. If you can feel of the braces you might get an idea what's loose. If you can't find the prob, leave the tension off till you can see a repair guy. Probs like that can be progressive. If nothings broken, call Orkin.
