Members Chordchunker
It`s really hard to appreciate 75-100+ tenor banjos all flailing away at once until you`ve experienced it.. There are many more that attend, but 75-100 is what I was told to expect for their performance in our bandshell today.. I play the slot immediately afterwards... Don`t get me wrong, I would rather hear a good tenor banjo guy than another Scruggs clone/hack any day, but too many banjos is...well just too many banjos... Members Gary Blanchard
I hear you. I am a banjo player, though not a Scruggs clone/hack, but too many of any one instrument playing at once is, well, too many. Good luck with your gig! Members Bax Burgess
A dread player should wander into the midst of it - a nectar flower within a cloud of hummingbirds.
