My biggest concerns would be: 1. Does it need a recap? If it does, you need to take that into account when considering the "price" of the board. 2. Parts. Getting parts for those has got to be getting harder to do with each passing year. And take a look at the EQ and aux sends on it and make sure they're sufficient for your needs.
