Members bcbelle133
Hi all Just got my Jap strat back from the local Fender dealer. I decided to treat it to a proper setup as the last one was done 10+ years ago, and it also needed a new nut. Got it back, plugged in and it felt "tight" . . .good I thought, at first. Seems they had locked the trem down, and you can't stretch any string past a tone (pushing up or pulling it down). It buzzes and goes harmonic. The saddle grub screws are all as low as they can go. The action and tuning are fine . . just really pissed with the rest of it! aaaaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!
Members LaXu
That's why I learned to do my own setups. Nobody else can do them to your liking.
