Members richardmac
Sorry - I couldn't resist. Looks like a spammer really did a number on our wonderful forum. It's too bad you can't email a sucker punch.
Members Eddie
But you can go to http://www.mywot.com/ and http://www.siteadvisor.com/ and report the links he posted. That will at least help prevent some innocent person from buying stuff from these idiots. In one case I recall a few months ago, the business owner fired the idiots who were posting spam here to promote his business, and the spam was promptly removed. Members richardmac
Really? I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing the info. I'm going to bookmark those sites.
Moderators daddymack Posted January 15, 2011 Moderators Share Posted January 15, 2011 we have inudated those sites with links, but sadly, as fast as they can relabel a product, they are back at it... Aissee-soft anyone? the best thing to do, really, is to hit the report button, and then post "REPORTED" in the thread. This way we don't get six reports on the same spam...and it will be cleaned up as soon as I can get to it or another mod finds it. Since I am the only one who gets reports from this particular forum, and I was at NAMM...well sorry, I couldn't keep up, but obviously one of my brethren from the mod office stepped in.
