$50 on craigslist, no case
:(

I used to have one of those. It's a Brownsville (Sam Ash housebrand) "Thug", right?

You sure you want you're adoring public to know you paid $50. for that.

I think there is more hardwood in your average box of toothpicks, than is contained in that guitar.

any of the good pics were taken by my drummer

headless - do you know if Brownsville was SA's brand back then? I guessed that they bought it and discontinued those guitars (Thug, Choirboy, Impala, etc)

I remember the brand being tied into Samson at that point and available at other dealers besides sam ash

now all the Brownsville stuff seems to be SX/Chinese made and those were Korean

Sorry people, no pics but......

Late 60's/early 70's MIJ solid body Conrad guitar.

Produced at the same factory that made: Aria, Greco, Burny, Westbury, Vantage, Westone.....

Bought it on e-bay.

All it needed was a nut & knobs.

A great player with tons of sustain!!

$27.......nuff said.

Squier '89 MIK.$99 shipped(eBay).Near Mint condition.

I'm pretty convinced it's old MIJ parts assembled in Korea, tho.

Ash body,stamped saddles & a great neck,fat & round with a pretty flat radius!

I put some DiMarzio's I had in it,but it needs another swap @ the bridge.Killer guitar for Stupid Cheap!!!:thu:
