I don't really like them anymore and would like to try something new. Any recommendations? If I wanted to try a gibson string, which one would be good? Vintage Reissue 10 - 46. These are pure nickel strings and will sound warmer and more vintage than the D'Addario strings. I use the Gibson Les Paul Signature strings which are essentially a 9 - 46 set of Vintage Reissue strings. They sound really good with especially with humbuckers and P-90s.
