I watched it tonight after my gig and all I can say is; Wow........ How inspiring. The Tom Dowd's and Bruce Swedien's of this world are few and far between. Phil O'Keefe Posted September 17, 2005 Share Posted September 17, 2005 Tom Dowd is one of my top five biggest engineering / production heros, and he was long before I saw the special on TV or got the DVD... watching that only confirmed what I already knew from listening to the records he did - he was an amazingly musical producer, and it was great to see him actually interacting with artists in the studio.
