Members blackpig Posted October 26, 2005 Members Share Posted October 26, 2005 Tonight we had kebabs - chunks of pork marinaded in olive oil lemon juice and a spice mixture Mrs Blackpig's aunt brought back from Morocco I put the meat on wooden skewers with chunks of yellow pepper mushrooms onion and courgette then cooked them under the grillI put the pork in its marinade in the fridge this morning before driving to Dublin to visit Ould Blackpig - so it soaked for about 8 hoursI don't actually know whats in the Moroccan spice - there's definitely turmeric chili cardamom and God knows what elseHere's a link:http://www.cliffordawright.com/recipes/ras_al_hanut.html Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
