Members Mr_GoodBomb
I'm trying to tab out this movie store for two guitars, a bass, and a keyboard. I'm looking for a program I can slow down songs (while keeping the original pitch) and figure them out with. What programs would be best for this? Are there any programs currently made that can cut a song into pieces (seperate each instrument or side into seperate files) or tab/map them out itself at all? Thanks for the help. Members walfordr
Media Player can play at a reduced speed. There is nothing (yet) around that can reliably analyse multipart music. You'll either have to do it yourself or find the written score.

Members TheRedAndBlack
I did neglect to mention,You get a 30 day free trial, and then you have to pay.I'm not sure how much it is, I didn't use it often and didn't pay after my trial was up. I just wanted to see how it was, and it did work well.
Members guitarNed
Media Player can play at a reduced speed.+2 I use (Microsoft) Media Player all the time to slow down and analyze lead guitar bits in songs. It does a good job of playing at 1/2 normal speed, while preserving pitch. It does such a good job of maintaining pitch that I can play along on my guitar, easily, and the matching notes I play are valid. The pitch accuracy makes it much simpler to identify the proper notes. And, of course, it's FREE.

Members magentaplacenta
Search for an app called Amazing Slow Downer, I've heard it referenced on another board. I believe it slows down without changing pitch.
