Building amps satiates G.A.S.

Maybe I'm just all bought up on guitars.

I have a Tele with a SD 1/4" pound bridge and dream 90 neck

A fat strat

LP shapes with 2 humbuckers, 3 humbuckers, two P-90's

SG shapes with HB's and P-90's

Semi Hollow with 2 HB's

An Ibanez Blazer that's soon to have a splitable bridge HB with two neck SC's to choose from ... this should be interesting

But any way, I began building amps a few years ago, forgot about it for a while, and have come back to it recently. I've built two so far and am working in a third now.

I work on them whenever I have the time, an hour here, 2 hours there etc.. Whenever I get some sort of other sort of GAS (guitar, other amps etc .) I just go back to work on what I've been building.

It's costed at the most $500 over the past 4 years messing with amps and the tools needed to work on them, and I htink that's low compared to buying GAS induced manufactured amps/guitars etc.
