Members Crisco Posted January 27, 2008 Members Share Posted January 27, 2008 First it's a cherry faded Epi Firebird Studio...Then today I run across a perfect 2007 EE LP Standard Plus Top.........................................For ........................$399!!!!!!!!!!! as I figure they have no idea it's not a Standard Plain Top, so That $499 price just wasn't there.( went to GC between thinking about it to find they sell the same guitar for $549 now)This guitar felt great and played even better. No buzz anywhere and the feel of a great Gibson strum from a well set neck was the real upside.This didn't feel like an Asian built guitar at all.Played every bit as good as that 1960's Standard I played a few weeks ago.I now have 2 guitars on Layaway.I owe $199 on the Firebird now and a total of $382 on the LP ($42.00 down was 10% after taxes)so very soon I will have two more Epi's.Wow.I guess I should join the Empire soon huh?(image is from music 123.
