Members Zeopold
I've had a problem with this for a while, tried compensated saddles, but it was worse I have to back off the saddles as far as they will go, but the low E is still way sharp Now the saddles are sitting on the bridge plate mounting screws and that lifts the action too high WFT? Members paul6string
Do you have relief in the neck? Too much relief could change the scale length. The string will actually sound sharp if it has to travel too far to hit a fret if the action is high as well. For now, you could trim a bit off the saddle springs to allow them to go further back.
