Lenny Bruce was pushing at the edges to make people aware of social issues by making them uncomfortable through humor. I don't get any social consciousness from her; only meanspirited inusulting deadpan. She does not make me laugh or think. She makes me wonder how she gets the gig she gets. But thats just me. good god, im glad somebody said it before i had to post it... so i shall quote it so it shows up again.she isnt funny or hot... she definately doesnt offend me either. im raunchier than she is in her wettest dream. i would love to beef stew her though... now that would be funny.
