Not unless some of the pickup winders chime in. I'm sure it can be done though. Somebody has done it somewhere. It would most likely need to be a swimming pool route and have plenty of room under the hood for the extra wiring. You may have to scour one of the Fender offset forums. Members SweetOblivion Posted July 27, 2008 Members Share Posted July 27, 2008 to my ears Jazzmaster pickups sound a lot like strat pups but a little fatter. but they dont have as much growl or output as p90s. but I only know from comparing my guitars with each other.
